INSTALLATION SERVICE and RECEPTION
New Berean, join us for a festive time of celebration and honor to the Lord the gift he has given to us through the selection of our Pastor Antonio Harris. We have set a date to officially install him as Senior Pastor and we want every member to be a part of this historic time.
The service will take place Oct. 22, 2023, at New Berean at 3:00 pm followed by a installation reception at the HUB757 in the Harborview section of Northern Suffolk.

All members are asked to sign up for the reception to follow the Installation service. We are looking for every member to include any guest you plan to bring so we can get an accurate number of total guests to be served. If you are unable to personally sign up, please contact Bruh Barnes (757-635-1911) no later than September 17th, if you plan to attend. If you do not plan to attend, there will be no need to contact us.
The guest speaker for the installation service will be Dr. Allen R. McFarland of Calvary Evangelical Baptist Church and they will be providing the music.
God has given us and ordained that we should receive his gift to this local church for this benefit: “11 And he himself gave some as apostles and some as prophets and some as evangelists and some as pastors and teachers 12 for the equipping of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13 until we all reach the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to a measure of the maturity of the fullness of Christ, 14 so that we may no longer be infants, tossed about by waves and carried about by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of people, by craftiness with reference to the scheming of deceit. 15 But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow into him with reference to all things, who is the head, Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined together and held together by every supporting ligament, according to the working by measure of each single part, the growth of the body makes for the building up of itself in love. Ephesians 4:11-16
