The blessedness of having a God-sent pastor, teacher, elder or leader to the local assemblies is they are assigned and appointed as He sees fit. He assigns them for a specific season, for a specific purpose as he did with Moses. Moses was raised up to lead and deliver Israel out of Egyptian bondage. With his New Testament Church, he gave gifts (Eph. 4:11-16) for a specific purpose to feed his flock, train, teach and provide an environment fitting for our spiritual growth and perfect maturity.
