Sunday’s Coming and We’re Excited About It! Sundays are an opportunity for every believer to gather for worship, fellowship, service, giving, the preaching of God’s word, prayer all in faithful obedience to the scriptures (Acts 4:32-35, Heb. 13:17) . Come on out and invite your family and friends to this one day special VBS event here at New Berean. We are excited to bring to you this year a live version to shout out, and make know the name of the Lord.
We’re going to Magnify the Lord together by discovering his “BIGNESS” in the smallest of things. To think that the same God who made the large elephants and whales, is the same awesome God who made gnats and worms. We are going to explore, learn and have at understanding how great our God is.

The BereanWay this Week
One of the more interesting elements of The BereanWay is “Adventuring with God”. It the willingness to “Believe God for the Impossible” to follow him wherever he leads. Hebrews 11:8-10 reminds us of Abraham’s adventurous journey in believing God while NOT knowing all of God’s plan. He trusted and obeyed (Gen. 15:1-6).
Recently, our very own Sweet 16 team of volunteers, trusted and obeyed God’s call on their lives to travel, serve and share in the mission work in Curacao with Pastor Bernard Sylvien. The team of mission workers experienced an adventure of a lifetime. God’s plan for our lives is a life of faith in Him. To God be the glory for the vision (The BereanWay), Pastor Tony and the opportunities to serve. Prayerfully consider joining our team of Missionaries
Consider our Missionaries, the work God has called them, their specific needs and the challenges they are faced. Prayer, support and encourage them when and as often as you can.

The BereanWay Sunday is our time of fellowshipping, singing blessed songs, encouraging and serving one another in the bond of peace. We gather in obedience to God’s word (Heb. 10:24-25) as we see the day of the Lord approaching to hear his will, direction and word of comfort. Sunday School is LIVE at New Berean Baptist Church
Each month we are adventuring with God in a different element of the scripture as it pertains to our practical life. Last month it was The Parables of the Bible. This month it is “Prayers of the Bible”.
What do know about prayer, praying and the whole discipline of prayer?
This month we will look at prayer, those who prayed, why they prayed and what was the result (if any) of their prayer. So, join us if you can and let’s hear what the Lord want to build in us, in our prayer life.
Do you have students, do you have youth? Consider bringing them and partnering with our Berean Student Youth Ministry. It is a opportunity to help build a godly and solid foundation with the tools, knowledge and skills they will be needing to shining lights among other students. Our Youth Focus helps them be established like Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego (Dan. 1:1-7)

America. God has blessed this Country with his grace to thrive as it has. He has allowed the gospel of his dear son, Jesus to be shouted from every hill, mountain and street corner. From every classroom, pulpit to the corporate boardroom and he will continue. “To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Col. 1:27
Let us continue to be about our Father’s business and share Christ and him crucified to those in our nation
The BereanWay at New Berean Baptist Church: We are going to Believe God for the Impossible in and for our country. God still reigns as God over the country, it’s leaders and the other world leaders. We are going to take this opportunity to be Educated and be Equipped with the things of Christ for the work of the ministry.
We are going to Reach Up (for divine guidance) and Reach Out as servants and ambassadors for Christ towards our neighbors. God has called us to Evangelize our communities with the love of God expressed through the sacrificial death, and subsequent resurrection of his dear son, Jesus. As we learn of his way and will for our lives, we’ll begin to Adore him as the One who loves and cares for us as a Father does for his children. As the saints in Berea did, we have the responsibility to Nobly Search and Study the precious scriptures for wisdom and divine direction. Just as Jesus welcomed Nicodemus to receive him, we Welcome all Who Come to the Savior for salvation and love. Adventuring with God, we are going to experience the fullness of God’s protection and provisions as we walk in faith. Youth Focus: Focusing on our Youth, is vesting in the value they bring to the Kingdom of God. They too are to be training, mentored and valuable just as Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego to be a youthful example to other youths. We are to give them a firm foundation that will build and strengthen the faith of those who will come after. The Lord Has placed us here to a tangible witness for his Kingdom here in time and a voice of judgment in eternity.
