Appreciation of God’s Gift
Join us Sunday October 12, 2025, 10:00 am as we honor the Lord by expressing our gratitude for the gifts he’s given the New Berean Baptist Church in the form of Pastor Tony Harris & Minister Calvin Bullock.

Why Pastor Appreciation – Pastor Appreciation Month exists to acknowledge the service work, dedication, and sacrifices of pastors in overseeing the flock of God by offering encouragement, support, and gratitude, which honors their calling, minimizes burnout, and helps build a healthy church culture. It is a way to fulfill a biblical obligation to support spiritual leaders and strengthen their ministry (I Thess. 5:16).
Because flocks are prone to wander, prone to stray, God gave gifts for purpose of establishing a collective body of believers by providing a place and culture conducive to biblical and spiritual maturity (Eph. 4:11-16).
Here at New Berea, Antonio Harris has been appointed and anointed by God to oversee and feed us the things of God. With his acceptance and submission to his call into the ministry, God has given him a biblically based vision,
