The BereanWay is to “Educate and Equip the Saints for the Work of the Ministry”. And our vision here at New Berean is being worked through our Leadership Training part 3.
Leaders lead by example. John 13:15 reminds us of Jesus mindset that we should use in our roles as leaders, “For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.” Jesus
As we are on this journey of “Adventuring with God” we must be teachable, obedient and faithful to the Lord. Jesus was in tuned with God’s call on his life. He said, “I must be about my Father’s business”
Let us continue to encourage, support, pray for and obey the leadership God has gifted us with. It is for the perfection of the saints and the edification of the body so we may grow and mature and not be tossed to and fro.
VBS’s theme was “O, magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt his name together” Ps 34:3. And we placed an emphasis on the reasons why we can and should magnify the Lord.
He’s God and God alone
He Loves and Cares for Us
He is faithful and He forgives.
In today’s The BereanWay Sunday message, Pastor Tony expanded on our we can magnify the word God through faithful obedience. Entitled, “The Magnified Word of God” we learned that the word of God is magnified when praise God.

One of the more interesting elements of The BereanWay is “Adventuring with God”. It the willingness to “Believe God for the Impossible” to follow him wherever he leads. Hebrews 11:8-10 reminds us of Abraham’s adventurous journey in believing God while NOT knowing all of God’s plan. He trusted and obeyed (Gen. 15:1-6).
Recently, our very own Sweet 16 team of volunteers, trusted and obeyed God’s call on their lives to travel, serve and share in the mission work in Curacao with Pastor Bernard Sylvien. The team of mission workers experienced an adventure of a lifetime. God’s plan for our lives is a life of faith in Him. To God be the glory for the vision (The BereanWay), Pastor Tony and the opportunities to serve. Prayerfully consider joining our team of Missionaries
