The BereanWay Saturday

The first Thursday of May is designated as the “National Day of Prayer“. Started on July 4, 1952 by President Harry S. Truman and later moved to the current observed date in May by President Ronald Reagan. It was resolved as, The President shall set aside and proclaim a suitable day each year, other than a Sunday, as a National Day of Prayer, on which the people of the United States may turn to God in prayer and meditation at churches, in groups, and as individuals.” Choosing to be “Prayer Warrior” is another part of our role in our nation and world as believers. We are encouraged to pray (I Timothy 2:1-6) for our society to come to the Lord. On this day, we collectively join our prayers together with the prayers of other Believers for God’s grace to continue to be extended to our respective communities and civic leaders.

The BereanWay Weekly Devotional with Pastor Tony. We can and should be praying for our world and nation. Today’s devotional focuses on Jabez and his supplication to the Lord. I Chro. 4:9-10, reminds us of his prayer for his country and his desire for his family. Would you consider praying for family and community with Pastor Tony Today

If you are interested in getting fit by walking, join The BereanWay’s Faith-n-fitness Team. We are walking through our surrounding
neighborhood, telling people about our Lord Jesus and our ministry and getting in some good fellowship and exercise. Every Saturday at 8:45 am and Mondays at 6:15 pm.

Join us and invite someone to our Sunday Morning Service which begins at 10:00 am. Each time we share Christ, each time we share our faith and The BereanWay, we are to place a ball in the jar. Fill the Jar.
