The Lord our God is pleased when his children are walking love, encouraging and building up one another (I Peter 4:8, John 13:35). As he is in the light so we too ought to walk (I John 1:7).
We thank our Lord for how you have demonstrated his love for the saints by your gifts, prayers and acts of kindness. When we meet, it is a time of exhortation and edification. We have sisters and brothers who are experiencing challenging events and times and it’s a blessing when we come together to be refreshed and blessed by our common faith and grace we share in the Lord. Continue lifting up one another, calling, texting and communicating, it’s The BereanWay!
This month marks 37 years of service ministry by the New Berean Baptist Church ministry. We not only have been blessed with consistent and steadfastness diet to the teachings of the word of God, but we have been blessed by the people who have served here. True the “church” is not the building, but God gave us a building, a facility to train, educate and equip the people of God the things of his word just as Christ commanded (Matt. 28:18-20) and we celebrate God’s favor.
So, in this celebration we commit to following through and executing the “Commission” as laid out by the Lord to his disciples to 1) evangelize with the Gospel those who will hear 2) baptize those who believe, and 3) disciple those who follow: it’s The BereanWay
